Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using the Amber trading strategy ("the Product") from FutAlgo ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Product Description

The Product is an EasyLanguage trading strategy source code designed for use with TradeStation and MultiCharts platforms. The Product includes:

  • Complete EasyLanguage source code
  • Installation files and documentation
  • Technical support for installation and setup
  • Access to verified historical performance data

3. Purchase and Payment

The Product is sold for a one-time fee of $9,999 USD. Payment may be made via wire transfer or cryptocurrency as arranged with FutAlgo. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the Product (digital source code delivery), no refunds will be provided after delivery.

4. License and Usage Rights

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal trading activities. You may:

  • Use the Product on unlimited trading accounts that you personally own and control
  • Modify the source code parameters for your personal use
  • Use the Product for live trading or paper trading

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with any third party
  • Use the Product to provide trading signals or managed account services to others
  • Reverse engineer the core logic for the purpose of creating competing products
  • Publish or disclose the source code publicly

5. Platform Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions to:

  • TradeStation or MultiCharts trading platform
  • Real-time or delayed market data for NQ futures
  • A futures brokerage account with sufficient capital

FutAlgo is not affiliated with TradeStation, MultiCharts, or any brokerage firm. Platform and data fees are separate from the Product purchase price.

6. Support and Updates

FutAlgo provides technical support for Product installation and setup via email. Support does not include:

  • Trading advice or market commentary
  • Custom strategy modifications or development
  • Platform-specific technical issues unrelated to the Product
  • Broker account setup or data feed configuration

Bug fixes and platform compatibility updates will be provided at no additional charge. Major strategy revisions or new versions are not guaranteed.

7. Performance Disclosure

All performance results shown are based on actual historical trading of the strategy. However:

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • Your results may differ due to execution, slippage, commissions, and market conditions
  • The strategy may experience losing periods and drawdowns
  • No guarantee of profit is made or implied

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTALGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PRODUCT IS TO DISCONTINUE USE.

FutAlgo's total liability to you for any claims related to the Product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

9. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all source code, documentation, and related materials, is the intellectual property of FutAlgo and is protected by copyright law. Your license to use the Product does not transfer any ownership rights.

10. Termination

FutAlgo may terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms of Service, particularly the restrictions on redistribution or resale. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

FutAlgo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
